Doreen Kibia
Doreen is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Arbitrator, positioning her at the forefront of the firm’s commitment to dispute resolution and legal strategy. She is the proprietor of the firm, bringing a wealth of academic knowledge and practical experience across multiple jurisdictions and fields. Her professional ethos is built upon being respectful, honest, and trustworthy, always striving to maintain professionalism and integrity. As an accomplished Arbitrator, Doreen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK & KE), the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitrations, and The Law Society of Kenya's panel of arbitrators. She is dedicated to settling disputes between parties by looking at the evidence presented, encouraging collaborative communication, and preserving the legitimacy and fairness of arbitration proceedings Doreen is a dedicated legal scholar and practitioner, currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Law at the University of Nairobi, where she is researching Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Resolving Intellectual Property Disputes in Kenya. This advanced study builds upon her Master of Laws from the same institution, where she focused on the Arbitrability of Intellectual Property Disputes. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a prior degree in B.A. International Relations from the United States International University, Africa.
Peter Muriithi
Peter is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a results-driven professional with a career defined by an innovative and analytical approach. He holds a strong passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms , positioning him as a highly accomplished specialist in the field. Peter's academic background is anchored by a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Nairobi, specialising in International Trade & Investment Law (2019) , and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) (2016). His commitment to continuous professional development is evident in his high-level certifications, including his status as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) , a Certified Professional Mediator , and a Court-Annexed Mediator with the Judiciary of Kenya. Furthermore, he is a registered Patent Agent with the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) and a certified Legal Audit & Compliance Officer.
